Michael Jayston as The Valeyard
For all of you who don't know who the Valeyard is, he is infact the darker side of the doctor. Said to be somewhere beteen the doctors 12th and finally incarnation...
The Valeyard has appeared in some of the spin-off media. In these stories, the Doctor is aware that he has the potential to become the Valeyard and tries to step away from any path that might lead him to that future. In the Virgin Publishing Missing Adventure Millennial Rites by Craig Hinton, the Sixth Doctor succumbed to his darker side and became the Valeyard very briefly, but snaps back to normal.
In the BBC Books novel Matrix by Robert Perry and Mike Tucker, the Valeyard himself appeared. After possessing the body of the Keeper, he acquired control over the Dark Matrix, the repository of all of the Time Lords' evilest impulses, and tried to use it to take revenge on the Doctor. However, he lost control of the Dark Matrix and was eventually killed.
The Big Finish Productions' Doctor Who Unbound audio drama He Jests at Scars... features an alternate Valeyard who defeated the Doctor, once again voiced by Michael Jayston.

So, might this become a story in the future then, d'you reckon?
So, the Doctor is connected with the Valeyard and the Watcher. One is good, one is bad.

yeah well i guess it has to become a story. i was actually thinking of starting a poll to see when ppl would like to see the valeyard story.... but i think there isn't that much the writers can do with it until late in the 12th doctor's life. then we will get the whole story. they are working towards it, from what i can see in the new series they have been trying to show us a bit more of the darkerside of the doctor.... that is going to be an awsome story when it is time... also i think the story should include the master, but i don't quite understand how it can all work seeing as the dr will only have 1 regen at most... it's gonna be a very complicated story, probably will take lots of planning, and im sure it will probably be the last doctor who sage.... maybe this story will be THE END.
