RTD says that this season is known as "Season One." However, most people refer it has "Season 27."

Is it one or the other?

Or is it both considering it is Season 28 of Series One?

Oh well... I've answered my own question.

i dont know what it is offically maybe check http://www.drwhoguide.com/who.htm

i think it really should be called season 27, but who cares. people refer to dr's not series #'s.
