army of ghosts - guelph? what about the ghost things in full circle, when the dr goes outside our universe.

The school reunion must be about Rose going back to see her old school and class again.
Could the Army of Ghosts be in fact the Cybermen? As the Cybermen were in fact a race would hated flesh and stripped themselves down to become robotic, it could be a kind of metaphor for ghost.
