Rather simple this: All ya do is ask a question. When (eventually) someone gets it right they ask another one.

Whoever asks the question decides how many points should be awarded. I would say that 1 is just right for a correct answer. Maybe 1/2 for a good or close guess. 1 1/2 or 2 for an answer that is brimming with knowledge upon the subject!
