Well, as we saw in episode two, Queen Victoria said that Torchwood was waiting for the Doctor. So strange concept, the doctor and Torchwood being enemies. Maybe thats why the doctor didn't trust Jack, becuase he knew that he worked for torchwood before.

Whenever it asks for a password, it is Victoria.

The websites history pages says this-

So they are dropping little hints...

I immediately thought about Jack and The Doctor being enemies.

What you have to remember is that Jack's Torchwood is 150-ish years later and set in England, not Scotland!

Well actually it is set in Wales and there are divisions all thats how it starts. If Queen Victoria says that The Doctor is an enemy there still gonna be looking for him arent they!

- Henry Van Statten before he had his memory wiped?

I thought it was interesting that torchwood house upper level renovations were due to be completed in 2008. Maybe a guideline as to when all will be revealed?
