Hello Ladies, gentlemen and Multiforms. Sorry to keep you waiting this week but I have been overloaded with work, work´s Xmas party and a few other things which are all perfectly legal but generally uninteresting and ought not to be talked about here. Last week´s question was: In which year did the end of the world take place?. And the answer was of course the year 5.5/apple/26 which is very very approximately 5 billion years into our future.
As far as I know the sun will expand in 5 english Billion years time. that is 5, 000,000,000,000 years time. I could be wrong though but I seem to remember having read it somewhere. To be honest, we will all be long dead and to us it is as near as makes no difference. Admittedly if you happened to have a TARDIS handy it would be essential information to be able to program the coordinates. Otherwise you might miss your chance to look in on satelite 1 for the big event. You might even have to be fobbed off with something as boring as the Face of Bo´s first apperance in stars in your eyes, pockets, and fish tank. However if you do have a Tardis on standby then just program in the date 5.5/apple/26 and you should be alright.
Good. So who get´s the Jb´s this week?
Deako is the first one in with the almost correct answer of "the year 5 Billion". So he is awarded 2 Jelly Babies. One Jelly Baby is deducted however as punishment for making fun of my family openly on this forumA full half bonus Jb is awarded shortly afterwards with the realization that "Varon von Martin" is perhaps slightly amusing and that he did at least make the effort.
Kat comes in second with 5 billion and as such gets a bonus JB
So this weeks question is:
9) The Master's final incarnation has taken over two bodies so far in an attempt to sustain his own life force. What were the names of the bodies' original inhabitants?
This week bonus points will be awarded for the most inventive answer on who should be the Master´s next victim should he ever get the chance to snatch another body. The answer to the bonus question should be answered in the style of K-9 (just in case anyone is familiar with the show "Whose line is it anyway?")
Thanks for playing and see you next time. Remember Its Just for fun. _________________ The Master returns ...Wow!

The first the Master take over was of a Trakenite named Tremas using an ancient power source.
The second was when the Master's snake-like entity possessed the body of Bruce, a paramedic in the TV Movie. _________________ "Correctamundo! A word I have never said before and hopefully never will again" The Doctor in 'School Reunion'

Hello again. Ladies gentlemen and Multiforms. Once again its quiz time. This time it is actually on time: Saturday 1900 Hours. Time is of course of the essence in all things Doctor Who. Time is as time does and it would appear that this week the mighty Zhord has pitched in a timely intervention and come up with the correct answer to last week's question number 10.
The question was
9) The Master's final incarnation has taken over two bodies so far in an attempt to sustain his own life force. What were the names of the bodies' original inhabitants?
Tremus of Traken (Nyssa's Father) was the first body to be snatched and Bruce the ambulance driver was the second corpulence to be nicked. Full points go to Zhord for that one.
Unfortunately no one went for the bonus question, who might be the Master's next victim when it comes to Body snatching? You could have had anyone really from Mother Theresa to Gary lineker. (I did think Deako would have jumped in with Baldrick which would have been an excellent suggestion but he didn't so there you are.) Well I guess Russell T. Davies is not quite ready for your ideas anyhow.
So the scores at the moment with one week to go are:
Zhord in the lead with 7 jelly babies
Kat a very close second with 6 and one half jelly babies
Deako 4 jelly babies
Sutekh 3 and one half jelly babies
Bretheror 1 Jelly baby
Next week is Xmas eve! To fit the whole thing in Before the Xmas special, This week both questions 10 and 11 are open to answering. So a total of 6 Jelly babies to be won (what with second getting a bonus JB).
It is all there to play for. Who will be munching/sucking or chewing on the most Jelly Babies throughout the Christmas special? Have we lost a contestant? Bretheror where are you? The final two questions are:
10) Which Martial art form does the Doctor practice?
11) Which actor/actress feigned a foreign accent in order to get the part as a Doctor's companion?
Good Luck to one and all. Happy researching. We will have the completion of the quiz with the full scores on Xmas eve. Thank you for playing and remember, It's Just for fun. _________________ The Master returns ...Wow!

the third doctor had a flair for Venusian karate
and...
peter purves got a part as a hillbilly before steven taylor, presumably he'd have had to put on an accent to get that part
Jamie Robert McCrimmon was scottish, though played by yorkshireman Frazer Hines
my information ends here, but i bet neither of those guys are the one der martin's after
*interesting side note: the guy who did the voice for K9 was the first guy in the "bungle the bear" costume of rainbow fame*
