I was contacted by Jason-The-Time-Traveller recently, as he said that he was banned. Apparently, because of the spammer person, anyone registering would be auotmatically banned unless the admin would unban them.
So, I have managed to unban Yooro and J-T-T-T and anyone else who reigsters from now on.
Deako, can you please PM Frank (I'm guessing its Yooro) to tell him that he can now chat on here? Thanks

When I jokingly put in a post about backgammon in the Misc.Story thread, a few weeks later, we have a backgammon advertiser! WooW!

Anyway... I emailed the new 'spammer' saying that if he/she does not post on this forum, then they are using their account to advertise and would therefore result in account deletion and IP address banned from registering again on this forum.

Hhm... there are quite a few spammers now which I will delete in a bit. However, ALL spammers have used the same password, being "Nopass."
So, I have come to a conclusion that the owners of this forum, phpBB Group, are allowing these people to register, for a sum of money.
I know I should not be pointing the finger, but there is some evidence to suggest these spammers are paying the phpBB Group, otherwise, they could be sued for 'fly-posting.'
However, I will continue to block these spammers.
