The doctor kept callinh Mickey, Ricky in the last series....had he visited this parallel universe before?

It's been assumed that the aleks were destroyed at the end of Series 1, but was that only in "our" universe.

Must go now, need to oil my wheels Cool

Well i thought it was quite intresting that this seems to be how the cybermen were first created, by the way they spoke of it.

Who wants to bet against me that the start of the next episode begins with Cybermen dying from some gold? Wink

Well because it's all happening in a parallel dimension, the cybermen don't exist in the 'real' dimension.

But I have to say I find the Cybermen a poor copy of Daleks. They are too much alike.
- Being with all emotions removed
- Metal Exoskeleton
- Robotic voice: delete = exterminate

But the cybermen seem to be a less important less dangerous enemy then the daleks (or CE was just really good at acting frightened).

Oh, and Torchwood is SO the 'hidden' word!

Don't forget the Daleks were involved in the Time War and were partly responsible for the death of the Time Lords. The Doctor is scared of the Daleks as he's seen them at their worst. He almost failed to defeat them with the Time Lords, how do you think he coped when he faced them on his own, without the Time Lords?

It can't be. Give RTD some credit! He wouldn't put the new word in every episode so far would he?

I do agree that it was however mentioned in Season 1... So... Confused
